John T. Greenan
Licensed Real Estate Broker
Born in Peekskill, NY, John has always loved Real Estate.
A resident of Dutchess County since 2001, he began his career 16 years ago in 2004 as a Real Estate Salesperson. John then became an Associate Real Estate Broker managing a boutique real estate firm in Wappingers Falls where he represented buyers, sellers, and managed the company's sales team.
Since then, John has worked for two real estate franchises as an Associate Real Estate Broker and leads the Association of REALTORS as it's Executive Officer. John opened his brokerage in 2019.

Mark T. Rommel
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Mark has been successful in working with buyers and sellers throughout the Hudson Valley. Mark is a United States Army Veteran who served as a demolitions engineer in the Persian Gulf War. Born in Toms River New Jersey, Mark has been a resident of Dutchess County since 2010. He has a background in finance and supervisory roles with West Point Military Academy.
Mark and John Greenan have been a team since 2013.

Margaret C. Greenan
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Margaret was born and raised in Westchester County and has been a resident of Dutchess County for over 19 years. She has a 30+ year tenure with IBM where she has served in various capacities. Marge works with John Greenan and Mark Rommel on various Real Estate projects, her attention to detail is unwavering.
