Richard’s long standing career includes serving as a loan officer at Wells Fargo Bank and managing a successful investment property firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Marist College, solidifying his expertise in both business and real estate.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Richard has a deep appreciation for restoring vintage homes. When he’s not reviving historic charm, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Heather, and their two children.
